Depending on the number of tests requested and their type, the average patient will spend 15-30 in the facility.

Yes we cortisol, thyroid (TSH, T3, T4), estrogen, testosterone and other hormone screening.
4. Please would you print my test history?
Yes, you can have a full history of test results printed at the front desk or you can download the results through your MyQuest portal.
5. Do you provide monitoring lab of diabetes?
Yes, of fasting glucose, metabolic diabetes-related panels, and insulin levels.
6. Do you monitor the kidney functioning?
Yes, we provide BUN, creatinine, eGFR and Urine-based to analyze the health of the kidneys.
7. Is it a full-service Quest facility?
No this place does not carry all the usual Quest Diagnostics tests and wellness panels.
8. Do you handle stool sample collections?
We sell stool collection kits that the customers can receive at home and we accept the returns with labels made properly during the working hours.
9. Does it have free parking?
It does have a free parking in front of the building, yes.
10. Are they Spanish speaking employees?
Yes, there are some Spanish-speaking employees. You will be required to make it known to us beforehand in case you require a bilingual assistance.
11. Is my appointment mandatory or can I walk in?
It is a walk-in; though, it is possible to make appointments to decrease the waiting time during the peak hours.
12. How soon will I be able to get my lab results?
Most of normal tests require 1-3 business days to complete the fill-out form and the results automatically be forwarded to your MyQuest account.
13. Could it be that the results would be forwarded to my doctor?
Yes, you can Epicurally provide a result to your referring provider to view and make follow-up.
14. Do you offer blood collection of children?
Yes, one can conduct pediatric lab testing under the attendance of a parent or a guardian.
15. What shall I bring to my appointment?
You should carry an identification photo that is issued by the government, insurance card (where necessary) and lab order or requisition form.
