2. Is it possible to combine several lab orders during the same visit?
Yes, we are able to pull all your lab orders when visiting the same day provided your provider has made the orders.
3. Do they have health panels of women?
Yes, we do have reproductive hormone levels, fertility tests, thyroid tests and so on.
4. Do you provide fingerprint or biometric analysis?
No, this facility does not do anything but laboratory testing like blood, urine, and saliva-based diagnostics.
5. Is there a technological person who will assist in special needs?
Yes, call in advance, so that we can make proper arrangements and create enough time.
6. Do you provide testosterone testing among men?
Yes we do testosterone tests and complete male hormone panels.
7. What is the time of routine tests?
Majority of regular lab findings take 1-3 working days.
8. Do you check autoimmune diseases?
Yes, we sell ANA, rheumatoid factor, inflammatory markers, and other autoimmune panels.
9. Are results faxed or emailed?
The outcome will be safely transferred to your MyQuest account and sent to your medical care provider.
10. Do you offer anemia testing?
Yes, we do provide CBC, iron studies, ferritin and other anemia related panels.
11. Am I required to schedule my appointment or walk-in?
Both options are available. You can walk in, but it is better to book online and save time to avoid waiting.
12. Does some of the tests require fasting?
Yes, some tests, like cholesterol tests and glucose tests, might involve the 8-12 hours fasting. This will be explained by the provider or appointment reminder.
13. Do you provide blood draws in children?
Yes, our phlebotomists receive training in dealing with children, giving them the appropriate care and a calming atmosphere.
14. Is this where I can see all of my previous Quest results?
Yes, all your previous Quest Diagnostics results, regardless of the location, will be seen on your MyQuest account.
15. What do I take to my appointment?
Carry a valid ID, your lab order (unless it is sent via the electronic system), your insurance details and any of the fasting instructions that your doctor gave you.
