My experience was fine with Dr. Pothuri. I have had other problems come up that had to be addressed first. I will call you folks when I am able to do so. I would appreciate the refund of the $101.00 that I paid you because my insurance company paid the bill as well. Thank you.

I absolutely LOVE being a patient of Dr. Pothuri for several years, however lately the number of patients and level of service is severely lacking. It's extremely crowded, overbooked and rushed. The new office is nice with updated furniture and location, but way too small for the increase in volume. Not private enough to respect patient confidential, you are within clear earshot of all conversations in the hallway during check out, collecting vitals and in your patient room you can hear word for word through the walls. I have not seen cleaning practices nor communicable disease measures in place in between patients and when using equipment to collect vitals. Wait times are longer, even overflow into the hallway at times. I would recommend this doctor to others,but hope that more attention and care for these issues will be addressed ,especially for patients that have been at this practice for years.

I feel that my health is in great hands with Dr Pothuri however recently I noticed that he is overwhelmed with so many patients that the follow ups after colonoscopy are pushed aside. I believe that these colonoscopy follow ups are very important for patients and should be seen in a timely manner

Once I came into the exam room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a PA there who took my history. She was detailed and presented my case to the doctor. Dr Photurri is approachable and thorough. Waited a little to get in as he had been delayed at the hospital
