Dr. Pothuri is very personable. He listens intently and bases his care on what he hears from the patient. He is very in tune to respecting the patients’ time. On the day i was in his office, he communicated with his staff to let the patients in the waiting room know he was running 10 minutes late! So nice to know! He was not longer than that and I was out of my appointment quickly! Efficient staff, billing and on-line portal.

Office staff very friendly and they seem very intent on getting people in on time, very little wait. Dr. Pothuri is a great guy willing to spend time explaining procedures and answering any questions you have. Never feel rushed. No one likes to have a colonoscopy, but this office and the associated outpatient setting makes it all okay.
