Well, you might need to sit down for this. First off let me set the stage as it were. My name is David Langenberg, but I was calling for my bride Jennifer who is the patient of Dr. Pothuri. Long story short, Jennifer needs to see a Dr Penner who is a urologists. She is having pains in her back. So we called Dr. Penner's office to get an appointment soon. We'll they said they needed the reports that Dr Pothuri had done. This is the really great part. Your employee by the name of Latrenda Ohnemus ( LaLa) heard my problems, and it was like she could feel or at least related to my wife's pain. She began scanning for reports and she went back to Nov. Of 2023 and up to the present. Dr. Penner wanted those reports BEFORE he would give Jennifer an appointment. But, their fax machine was broken down. So the lady from Penner's office said well maybe I could have you send them to my email since the fax machine is broken. That is when LALA went over and above to help me get those reports by gathering them up and sending them to me as attachments. Wow, talking about over and above. Just so there is no hippa rules broken my wife spoke with LaLa and gave her permission to talk with me her husband for 25 years. I'm writing this feed back because you the office staff need to know what a champion you have there with Latrenda. She was polite, and professional at all times even when I was getting frustrated a bit. She not only kept her cool and remained polite and very professional, I just said thank you her about ....alot. But, I'm a big believer in letting the powers to be what an asset you have gotten in her. I don't know if you show recognition or recognize your employees when they go over and above to help out your patients in their time of need. I kept thanking her and she kept saying it is not a problem, we are going to take care of this so you will have what you need. She even verified that I got the email and could open the attachments.
Like I said I don't know if you recognize those employees that go all the way to make your patients happy, if you do you need to recognize Ms. Latrenda Ohnemus with something. And if you don't have a program up and running this could be a perfect start. Other employees will see one of their own being recognize for a job well done, could make them all strive to be better at their job and more productive throughout their day. Give her a cake, a 1/2 of a day off, a very nice pen or chair. And of course in this economy a bonus is always appreciated by anyone.
Bottomline; thank you from having LALA on your staff to help people like me.
