Dr. Pothuri is my ,yes my GI physician. He has excellent "bed side manners ", ver professional demeanor, a d I am proud to say he is my DOCTOR! Dr. Pothuri performed a Upper GI on me. He then requested that I get an X-ray with contrast to find out if I had Barrett’s Disease. Luckily I did not have the disease, this shows how thorough Dr. Pothuri is.
I like his calm nature and experience, and wisdom.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs a gastroenterologist.

Dr.Pothuri, Your timely and excellent diagnosis of rare congenital defect (Paraduodenal Hernia) yesterday (7/7/20) when my husband was rushed to ER with severe pain is the reason surgery went well and saved him from complications. When surgeon explained post surgery with medical terminology (brain registered as xxx hernia) and your critical role in diagnosis, it didn’t sink in until we read today and realized how fortunate we were. Google does not even list this rare defect under types of hernia..We have never met you before but our entire family extends sincerest gratitude to you. Thank you for your wonderful work.
